Conflicto de competencia entre el Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de Honda y el Juzgado Segundo Civil del Circuito de la misma ciudad.

Advierte la Sala que en el presente asunto no se presentó un conflicto de competencia, dado que no se pusieron en debate los factores que determinan la misma en materia de tutela (factor territorial y acciones de tutela que se dirijan contra los medios de comunicación) previstos en la Carta Política y el Decreto 2591 de 1991, sino que la discusión se redujo a la aplicación de las reglas de reparto.

Se dirime la controversia con la remisión del expediente al Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de Honda para que de manera inmediata tramite y decida de fondo la solicitud de amparo formulada.

  2. Segundo. REMITIR el expediente ICC-2521 al Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de Honda - Tolima, para que de manera inmediata tramite y decida de fondo el amparo presentado.
